Raptors Will Not Convert Jeff Dowtin’s Two-Way Contract To Full-Time Deal
The Toronto Raptors will not convert Jeff Dowtin’s two-way contract into a standard NBA deal.
Dowtin has appeared in 25 games this season, averaging 2.4 points and 1.2 assists.
Dowtin reached his 50-game limit last Tuesday. He will not be available for the play-in tournament or the playoffs unless the Raptors waive a player on their roster.
